Receptionist Legal Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will provide administrative support for directors, solicitors, and support staff within the firm and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the firm.

You will also oversee email correspondence and assist in filing and documenting procedures and data organisation.

This role involves face-to-face interactions, such as greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the conference room or staff member’s office. You will also undertake additional administrative duties, like answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, taking payments, checking post-delivery, and ensuring supplies are ordered.

You are also responsible for catering, kitchen, and office appearance.

HR Advisor/Consultant

We now require the services of a highly skilled HR consultant with the skills and ability to work autonomously and possess a high level of management skills as they will work closely with the Executive Management including the General Manager and Directors. They will be initially engaged full-time for an initial six-month contract and then potentially ongoing as required managing HR within the office and advising the management team on HR issues. This role provides a seasoned HR professional with an opportunity to set up systems right from the beginning and then manage ongoing issues based on good system foundations.
