Liam was admitted to practice when he was employed as an Associate to Judge McNab in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (as it then was). As a sitting Associate, Liam was involved in a varied range of parenting and property matters in courtrooms in Melbourne, Dandenong and regional Victoria. This provided Liam a unique insight into the workings of the Court, Court room advocacy and the decision-making process.
